Basic information
A consumer who has concluded a sales agreement may withdraw from it without giving a reason by submitting an appropriate declaration exclusively in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods from the carrier used by AMIX or its collection from AMIX personally or by a carrier chosen by the Buyer. To meet the indicated deadline, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal by post to the Seller's address.
